Free Tracking through FatSecret, MyNetDiary, and through WW Points
Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating meals are available on the popular free tracking apps MyNetDiary and FatSecret. This allows customers to easily track their meals and nutritional intake. While this isn't necessary as we do all the calculating and work to make sure you are following science-backed nutrition guidelines, some individuals may wish to track their intake if they are adding additional items to the plan or doing a 4-day meal plan to make sure they are reaching their goals.
Our meals are available on MyFitnessPal, however, we encourage you to use the other two apps for more accuracy with your tracking. MyFitnessPal has difficulty updating food labels and has allowed anyone to add labels, so there may be multiple (different) entries for one meal. As a result, Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating is transitioning away from MyFitnessPal to offer a more reliable tracking experience through these other two platforms.
Both MyNetDiary and FatSecret provide monthly updates to ensure the information remains current and accurate.
Weight Watchers
If you are using Weight Watchers, you can track the Points of our meals in the Weight Watchers app. Combining Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating and Weight Watchers is simple and convenient. We provide Weight Watchers points for each of our meals directly on our website, making it easy to stay on track with your goals. Our 1,200 calorie meal plan averages 8–9 points per meal, the 1,500 calorie plan averages 10–11 points per meal, and the 2,000 calorie plan averages 13–14 points per meal.
