How to meet your carbohydrate needs.
We generally aim to keep carbohydrates consistent from day to day and meal to meal, although it may not always match up exactly. You are welcome to use some side dishes, or fresh fruit as snacks to better balance your specific carbohydrate needs. You can also save certain items from higher carbohydrate meals to add to another meal that is lower in carbohydrates. It is important to keep in mind that the biggest driver of blood sugar reduction is weight loss, which our plans can help address.
