Do I Have to Sign a Contract or Order a Subscription?

No Gimmicks, No Commitments

Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating has always taken a no-commitment approach to healthy eating. Since the beginning in 1985, we've always taken pride in being transparent and allowing flexibility with our meal plans. If you decide to place an order, you are not stuck in a subscription, or have to sign up for a subscription for a minimum amount of time.

Want to just try us out to see if we are a good fit?  You are welcome to do that! For the Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans, the minimum order requirement would be a 4-day meal plan. For the Choose Your Own Meals plan, the minimum order is a set of 8 meals. If you need to make changes to your orders, reach out to our customer service team by phone or email and they would be happy to assist you. However, due to ordering and preparing food, please be aware that we do have deadlines for ordering and cancelling so any changes would need to occur before the deadline.
