Depending on your zip code, meals will be delivered via a dedicated Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating distributor OR via one of our trusted shipping partners.
We utilize a variety of shipping methods to get your meals to you within 24 hours of leaving our facility.
Chicagoland/Hometown Customers:
For customers within the Chicagoland area whose zip codes fall within a distributor territory, meals may be delivered by a member of our dedicated Seattle Sutton distributor team. After your order is placed, your local distributor will contact you directly to setup delivery.
Customers Outside Chicagoland:
For delivery outside of Chicagoland, we utilize several shipping partners across the United States. Meals are packed to withstand 72 hours of transit time, even though most reach their destination within 24 hours. Since we are located in the Midwest, most of our shipments are packaged and sent via our carriers' one or two-day ground shipments. For shipments on the east or west coast, we utilize next-day air shipments. Shipping carriers and our processes are subject to change and we recommend referring to your order confirmation for the shipping information for your specific order.
