How Far In Advance Do I Need To Place Or Change My Order?

Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans And Choose Your Own Meals Plan

Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans and meal selections for the Choose Your Own Meals Plan need to be placed just a few days ahead of time. Our meals are delivered or shipped fresh to you each week on Monday's and Thursday's. Order deadlines are as follows:

  • Monday at 7 p.m. CT for Thursday start dates

  • Thursday at 7 p.m. CT for Monday start dates

Online orders can be submitted up to 11:59 p.m. on those same days. To change or cancel an already placed Dietitian-Designed Meal Plan order, please contact your local Distributor or our Customer Service @ 800.442.3438 by 7pm on Monday for Thursday orders and by 7pm on Thursday for Monday orders.
