How Far In Advance Do I Need To Place Or Change My Order?

For Choose Your Own Meals, Orders Need To Be Placed One Week Ahead

For Choose Your Own Meals plan-- orders must be placed one week prior to the start date to ensure your meals are prepared fresh.

  • Monday at 7 p.m. CT for Monday start dates

  • Thursday at 7 p.m. CT for Thursday start dates

Online orders can be submitted up to 11:59 p.m. on those same days. To change or cancel an already placed Choose Your Own Meals order, please contact your local Distributor or our Customer Service @ 800.442.3438 by 7pm on Monday for Monday orders and by 7pm on Thursday for Thursday orders.

For Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans, order deadlines have not changed. They need to be placed just a few days ahead of time.
