What Do I Do If My Package Is Delayed?

Delays may occur due to our shipping partners experiencing business interruptions caused by factors such as weather, labor shortages, or equipment failure, which are out of our control. Fortunately, 99% of our shipments arrive on time, with less than 1% arriving more than one day late.

We have partnered with a new cold-food packaging provider to create an eco-friendly shipping container that keeps meals temperature-safe up to 72 hours throughout summer and winter, even if our shipping partner is unable to deliver on the estimated arrival day.  

Refund Policy for Delayed Shipments
Because our packaging is designed to keep meals safe and temperature-controlled for up to 72 hours, packages are not eligible for refund unless delivery is two (2) or more days after the expected delivery date shown at checkout. If it has been less than 2 days, undamaged packages should still remain safely within the temperature range needed for consumption.
