Delays may occur due to our shipping partners experiencing business interruptions caused by factors such as weather, labor shortages, or equipment failure, which are out of our control. Fortunately, 99% of our shipments arrive on time, with less than 1% arriving more than one day late.
We have partnered with a new cold-food packaging provider to create an eco-friendly shipping container that keeps meals temperature-safe up to 72 hours throughout summer and winter, even if our shipping partner is unable to deliver on the estimated arrival day.
Refund Policy for Delayed Shipments
Because our packaging is designed to keep meals safe and temperature-controlled for an extended period, we do not issue refunds for shipping delays out of our control unless the package is delayed more than 48 hours past its expected delivery date.
If it has been less than 48 hours, the package should still remain safely within the temperature range needed for consumption.
