What Do I Do If My Package Is Delayed?

Unfortunately, delays happen but we are here to help!

Delays can happen due to our shipping partners having business interruptions caused by a variety of factors including weather, labor, or equipment failure which is out of control. 99% of our shipments arrive on time, with less than 1% arriving more than 1 day late.

We have partnered with a new cold food shipping packager to optimize an ecofriendly shipping container, that can keep our meals temperature controlled during the summer or winter even if our shipping partner is unable to deliver on the day it was estimated to arrive. 

We encourage any customer who has concerns about their deliveries to reach out to our customer support team as they will be able to address concerns specifically and we can report back to our shipping partners.
