How Do I Manage My Recurring Subcription?

Instructions On How To Manage And Edit A Recurring Subscription

Use the following links to navigate directly to your specific question about managing your recurring subscription.

Cancel Subscription: To cancel your subscription, log into your account and navigate to “Cancel Subscription.” Please note, this process can’t be undone and your card will no longer be charged.

  • On Desktop: Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left side of your screen. Under the action column, click View Subscription then click on the Edit button. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm cancellation.
  • On Mobile: Select Subscriptions from the Order History Drop Down menu (light green menu). Under the Action column, click View then click the Edit button. Select Cancel Subscription and confirm cancellation.

IMPORTANT! Recurring subscription renewals run at 1:00am CT Thursday morning for the upcoming Monday start menu or 1:00am CT Monday morning for the upcoming Thursday start menu. Cancelling a subscription will not automatically cancel an existing order.

If your subscription has already run for the upcoming menu start (shown on Your Next Order), you will need to contact your local distributor or a customer service representative at 800-442-3438 to cancel or change the order no later than Thursday at 7:00pm CST for meal plans starting on Mondays, and Monday at 7:00pm CST for plans starting on Thursdays.

Pause Subscription: If you would like to pause your subscription and reactive the subscription at a later date, log into your account and navigate to “Pause Subscription.”

  • On Desktop: Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left side of your screen. Under the Action column, click View Subscription then click on the Edit button. Select Pause Subscription and confirm Pause Subscription. To Un-pause click the Edit button and select Enable Subscription and confirm Enable Subscription.
  • On Mobile: Select Subscriptions from the Order History Drop Down menu (light green menu). Under the Action column, click View then click the Edit button. Select Pause Subscription and confirm Pause Subscription. To Un-pause click the Edit button and select Enable Subscription and confirm Enable Subscription

If you are pausing after your subscription has run for the upcoming menu start (shown on Your Next Order), you will need to contact your local distributor or customer service representative at 800-442-3438 to cancel or change the order no later than Thursday at 7:00pm CST for meal plans starting on Mondays, and Monday at 7:00pm CST for plans starting on Thursdays.

 

Skip Subscription Weeks: If you want to skip one or several week(s) of your subscription without cancelling or pausing your subscription, log into your account and navigate to Skip Next Shipment.

  • On Desktop: Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left side of your screen. Under the Action column, click View Subscription. Under Next Shipment, click the Skip button under the Action column. This will skip the next charge date and start date and reflect the new charge date and start date. To skip multiple weeks, click the Skip button for the number of weeks you’d like to skip (e.g. 2 clicks for 2 weeks). To undo a skip, click the Edit button and select Reschedule Subscription. Select your new charge date in the drop down and click Reschedule Subscription.
  • Mobile View: Select Subscriptions from the Order History Drop Down menu (light green menu). Under the Action column, click View. Under Next Shipment, Scroll to the right and Select the Skip button under the Action column. This will skip the next charge date and start date and reflect the new charge date and start date. To skip multiple weeks, click the Skip button for the number of weeks you’d like to skip (e.g. 2 clicks for 2 weeks). To undo a skip, click the Edit button and select Reschedule Subscription. Select your new charge date in the drop down and click Reschedule Subscription.

If you are skipping a week and your subscription has run for the upcoming menu start (shown on Your Next Order), you will need to contact your local distributor or customer service representative at 800-442-3438 to cancel or change the order no later than Thursday at 7:00pm CST for meal plans starting on Mondays, and Monday at 7:00pm CST for plans starting on Thursdays.

Reschedule Recurring Charge Date For Subscription: If you would like to reschedule your meals for a different date or skip several weeks out log into your account and navigate to Reschedule Subscription.

  • On Desktop: Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left side of your screen. Under the Action column, click View Subscription then click the Edit button. Select Reschedule Subscription and choose your new charge date from the drop down. Click Reschedule Subscription.
  • On Mobile: Select Subscriptions from the Order History Drop Down menu (light green menu). Under the Action column, click View then click the Edit Button. Select Reschedule Subscription and choose your new charge date from the drop down. Click Reschedule Subscription.

Rescheduling your subscription will change your charge date from the date selected and all future orders going forward. If your current charge date is Monday you can only select a Future Monday charge date. If you current charge date is Thursday you can only select a future Thursday charge date.

If you are rescheduling and your subscription has run for the upcoming menu start (shown on Your Next Order), you will need to contact your local distributor or customer service representative at 800-442-3438 to cancel or change the order no later than Thursday at 7:00pm CST for meal plans starting on Mondays, and Monday at 7:00pm CST for plans starting on Thursdays.

Edit Subscription Meal Plan: If you would like to edit your subscribed meal plan (e.g. change from 1200 Signature to a 2000 Signature), log into your account and navigate to Edit Product.

  • On Desktop Computer: Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left side of your screen. Under the Action column, click View Subscription. Under the Item column, click Edit Product Button and update meal plan to desired new options. Click Save Changes and wait while the meal selections are updated. The updated meal plan will be shown, and your new meal plan will be displayed under Next Shipment.
  • On Mobile: Select Subscriptions from the Order History Drop Down menu (light green menu). Under the Action column, click View then click Edit Product. Update meal plan to desired new options and Save Changes. Please wait while the meal selections update. Your updated meal plan will be shown, and the new meal plan will be displayed under Next Shipment.

Update Subscription Payment Method: If you need to update your payment method on your future charge dates, log into your account and navigate to Update Payment Method.

  • On Desktop: Select Subscriptions from the menu on the left side of your screen. Under the Action column, click View Subscription. Click the Edit button then click Edit Payment. You can switch to a previously stored payment or add a new payment method. To add a new payment method, you must fill out all fields including the new credit card and billing information. Click Add New Payment Method to add the new payment method to your subscription.
  • On Mobile: Select Subscriptions from the Order History Drop Down Menu (light green menu). Under the Action column click View. Click the Edit Button then click Edit Payment. You can switch to a previously stored payment or add a new payment method. To Add a new payment method, you must fill out all fields including the new credit card and billing information. Click Add New Payment Method to add the new payment method to your subscription.

View Upcoming Order and Order History: If you would like to view your upcoming orders or your order history, log into your account.

  • To view upcoming orders: Select Your Next Order from the menu on the left side of your screen on desktop. On mobile, Select Your Next Order from the light green menu bar.
  • To view past orders: Select Order History from the menu on the left side of your screen on desktop. On mobile, select Order History from the light green menu bar.
