Why Do I Receive 3 Meals Per Day On The Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans?

Our Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans are designed to include 3 meals per day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—to help you follow the trusted nutrition guidelines set by the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

These structured meal plans are best suited for those with goals of health and weight management. These meal plans provide the ideal balance of healthy fat, lean protein, healthy carbohydrates, and essential nutrients to help your body stay healthy.

Some customers may only want us to provide one or two meals per day, which is why we started offering our Choose Your Own Meals Plan. This plan allows customers to mix and match the meals from our Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans in any combination to create an 8, 10, or 12 meal set just the way they like it!
