Can I Receive Just Lunches/Dinners?

Why can't I reduce the number of meals provided each day?

Our program is designed to provide customers with 3 meals per day. This allows us to adhere to the strict nutritional guidelines set forth by the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. We understand that some customers are mainly interested in just one meal a day, such as lunch or dinner. We suggest ordering a partial week plan—and using breakfasts as lunches or snacks, or lunches as dinners. And to get the best results, other meals eaten during the week should also be calorie and portion-controlled.
