Why Do I Receive 3 Meals Per Day?

Our meal plans are designed to include 3 meals per day—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—to help you follow the trusted nutrition guidelines set by the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans.

We know some customers may only want one meal a day, like lunch or dinner. In that case, we recommend ordering a 4-day meal plan and repurposing the other meals—like using breakfast as a snack or lunch, or having lunch as dinner.

To see the best results, we encourage you to keep your other meals during the week portion- and calorie-controlled, just like ours.
