What Ingredients Are Not Allowed In Your Food?

We Have Been Committed To Clean, Wholesome Ingredients Since Day One.

When Seattle Sutton founded her company in 1985, she set out to do something radically different for her time—serve fresh, wholesome meals without a single artificial color, flavor, or sweetener. Her philosophy was simple: real food should be made from real ingredients, not chemicals.

That commitment still defines us today. Every meal we create is free from artificial colors, sweeteners, hydrogenated fats, MSG, high-fructose corn syrup, and harmful preservatives. We hold ourselves to strict ingredient standards, excluding more than 60 ingredients—including every ingredient rated “avoid” by the Center for Science in the Public Interest (CSPI).

Our goal has never changed: to deliver nutritionally balanced, freshly prepared meals that support better health—without ever compromising on quality or taste.
