Seattle Sutton’s Healthy Eating stands apart as the only meal company providing Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans tailored to three evidence-based guidelines: the Dietary Guidelines for Americans, American Heart Association, and American Diabetes Association.

We uphold strict ingredient, food safety, and quality standards, excluding over 60 unhealthy ingredients from our meals. Our company is woman-owned and family-run, led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, supported by a team of dietitians and chefs who blend nutrition with great taste.

Seattle Sutton’s meals consistently contain less sodium, fat, cholesterol, and added sugars than other meal delivery options. Each plan provides a practical, dietitian-designed approach to improving overall health—combining convenience, portion control, and fresh, wholesome ingredients without additives or preservatives.
