How Much Dairy Do I Need to Add?

Milk requirements for Seattle Sutton's Healthy Eating Plans

We recommend adding dairy to our meal plans to align with the nutrition guidelines we follow as well as to round out the plan's protein, calcium, and vitamin D.

Milk is fortified with vitamin D and this crucial vitamin plays many roles in our health. Plus, dairy if full of healthy protein and potassium.
