We offer a variety of meal plans to meet your needs

We provide 2 different meal plans with several customizations in each plan. Our Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans give you easy, guided choices, while Choose Your Own Meals plan lets you pick from 21 meals available in 2 different portions to create an 8, 10, or 12-meal set just the way you like it.

Our Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans provide an ideal balance of healthy fat, lean protein, healthy carbohydrates, and essential nutrients to help your body stay healthy. 

  • Structured meal plans with 3 meals/day
  • Available in the Signature Menu, Signature Menu without Seafood, and the Plant-Based Vegetarian Menu
  • Available in 1200 or 2000 calories per day

Our newest meal plan, launched in November 2025, is the Choose Your Own Meals plan-- a flexible option that lets individuals hand-pick meals from our menus—while still meeting the same trusted nutrition standards. Customers can filter meals to match their needs and preferences using the following filters:
