Types Of Meal Plans

We offer a variety of meal plans to meet your needs

We provide the option of 3 different calorie levels. The 1200 and 2000 calorie plans are considered our traditional plan which includes a variety of meals utilizing turkey, fish, chicken, and plant-based meat sources. We do not include red meat in our meal plans to help control overall fat, saturated fat, and cholesterol content. We also offer a 1500 calorie vegetarian meal plan that does not include any poultry or fish.

What kind of proteins are on your Vegetarian/Plant-based meal plan? Our vegetarian plan is considered a lacto-ovo vegetarian plan, not a vegan plan, meaning that it includes protein sources from both eggs and dairy.

All of our healthy meal plans follow the strict nutritional guidelines from the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association, and the Dietary Guidelines for Americans. We also closely follow the DASH and Mediterranean Diet principles. The guidelines we follow along with the strict portion and calorie-control make our meal plans suitable for most health conditions.
