We provide 2 different meal plans with several customizations in each plan. Our Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans give you easy, guided choices, while Choose Your Own Meals plan lets you pick from 21 meals available in 2 different portions to create an 8, 10, or 12-meal set just the way you like it.

- Available in the Signature Menu, Signature Menu without Seafood, and the Plant-Based Vegetarian Menu
- Available in 1200 or 2000 calories per day
