      What Are The Ordering And Canceling Deadlines?

      We offer options to work around your busy schedule.

      There will be a Midnight cutoff on Mondays for orders that will be received on Thursday of that week.

      There will be a Midnight cutoff on Thursdays for orders that will be received on Monday the following week.

      Orders with a Monday start date (full week or partial week) must be canceled by 7pm the preceding Thursday, while orders with a Thursday start date (full week or partial week) must be canceled by 7pm the prior Monday. To cancel, contact your distributor, call customer support at 1-800-442-3438, or email customersupport@sshe.com.

      Any recurring order that starts on Monday will be charged the previous Thursday.
