What Are The Ordering And Canceling Deadlines?

We make it easy to plan around your schedule with two weekly delivery options.

Ordering Deadlines:

  • To receive your meals on Thursday, place your order by Monday at midnight.

  • To receive your meals on Monday, place your order by Thursday at midnight.

  • 7-Day (full week 21 meals) plans come in two separate deliveries or pickups.
  • 4-Day (partial week 12 meals) plans are one delivery or pickup.

Order Cancellation Deadlines:

  • Monday deliveries (full week or partial week) must be canceled by 7 PM the Thursday before.

  • Thursday deliveries (full week or partial week) must be canceled by 7 PM the Monday before.

  • Full week orders are treated as a single order and cannot be split for cancellation.

  • To cancel, contact your local distributor, call us at 1-800-442-3438, or email customersupport@sshe.com.

Billing for Recurring Orders:

  • Recurring Orders starting Monday are billed the Thursday before at 3:00 AM.

  • Recurring Orders starting Thursday are billed the Monday before at 3:00 AM.

  • If your subscription has already run for the upcoming menu start, to change or cancel your order you will need to contact your local distributor, or call us at 1-800-442-3438, or email customersupport@sshe.com
