You can choose more than milk!
For your dairy servings, you can choose any of the following:
- 8 oz milk
- 1 container of fat-free or low-fat yogurt (6 0z)
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1 oz cheese (such as 1 string cheese)
You can choose 2 of these a day on the 1200 calorie plan, and 3 on the 1500 and 2000 calorie plans.
