What If I Have Food Allergies?

Many of our healthy meals are free of certain allergens, but we do not offer a specific meal plan geared to a specific allergen, except for fish and shellfish.

Food allergies and dietary avoidance due to certain health conditions can make healthy eating a challenge. The only two major allergens we can 100% accommodate is a fish or shellfish allergy. Our vegetarian menus and our traditional "No Seafood" option would both provide meals without either of these ingredients. 

We ensure that all major allergens are clearly labeled on each nutrition facts label and list every ingredient as well as the common names for each allergen. 

If you are not allergic to a food but choose to avoid an item, many of our meals are packaged where you can easily leave items off. We encourage you to download our food allergen chart to see how our convenient meals would fit into your healthy eating plan. 

We follow strict food allergen management practices to prevent cross-contamination and food allergen identification to help keep our customers with food allergies safe.
