These Dietitian-Designed Meal Plans closely align with both the DASH diet and the Mediterranean diet, both known for supporting heart health, balanced nutrition, and long-term wellness. They each include 3 portion-controlled meals per day, designed for calorie control and consistent nutrient intake. Because of this, our meals are a great fit for people managing a variety of health concerns, including heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and weight loss, to name a few.
